The House.

The house is 2 1/2 bathrooms and 2 fulltime bedrooms with a Den that has a pullout so it sleeps 6 comfortably. The kitchen is small but very efficient, we regularly have dinner parties of over 12 people. The living room and dining room are open concept with large glass sliding doors facing toward the salt pond and west to the sunset. There is a huge wrap around deck the is more than 180 degrees facing from North around to the South. On the deck is a large gas grill.

The lower level of the house has sliding glass doors leading to the lawn, one of the bedrooms, a full bath and the Den are on this level. There is an outside shower here which we encourage guests to use and request that at minimum this is where you wash sand off.
